Prudential Committee
\nPrudential Committee meetings are conducted in compliance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. Chapter 30A,\u00a0Sections 18-25).\u00a0For the regular monthly meetings of the Prudential Committee, there shall be a reasonable period of time for public comment\u00a0The public does not participate in Committee discussions and\/or deliberations.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo person shall address a meeting of a public body without permission of the chair; and all persons shall, at the request of the\u00a0chair, be silent. No person shall disrupt the proceedings of a meeting of a public body. If after clear warning from the chair a\u00a0person continues to disrupt the proceedings, the chair may order the person to withdraw from the meeting; and if the person\u00a0does not withdraw, the chair may authorize a constable or other officer to remove the person from the meeting.\u201d
