\nby law. It is possible that, if it so votes, the Committee may go into executive session. The Committee may also act on items in
\nan order other than they appear on this agenda. Persons interested are advised that, in the event any matter taken up at the
\nmeeting remains unfinished at the close of the meeting, the matter may be put off to a continued session of this meeting with proper

COTUIT FIRE DISTRICT
\nPrudential Committee<\/p>\n
Prudential Committee meetings are conducted in compliance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. Chapter 30A,
\nSections 18-25).<\/p>\n
For the regular monthly meetings of the Prudential Committee, there shall be a reasonable period of time for public comment The
\npublic does not participate in Committee discussions and\/or deliberations.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo person shall address a meeting of a public body without permission of the chair; and all persons shall, at the request of the
\nchair, be silent. No person shall disrupt the proceedings of a meeting of a public body. If after clear warning from the chair a
\nperson continues to disrupt the proceedings, the chair may order the person to withdraw from the meeting; and if the person does
\nnot withdraw, the chair may authorize a constable or other officer to remove the person from the meeting.\u201d
