David Churbuck is a writer and crisis communications specialist who has lived in Cotuit since 1958, and full time with his wife Daphne and three grown children since 1991. A former newspaper reporter who started his career at the Cape Cod Times in 1980, he's a fan of the Cotuit Kettleers, Cotuit Skiffs, and Cotuit's history. He lives across from the library in his great-great-great grandmother's house (Mary Nickerson Handy).
