RESIDENTS IN THESE AREAS ARE ADVISED TO REFRAIN FROM LAUNDERING BETWEEN 9:00 AM AND 4:00 PM AND TO SET WATER ASIDE FOR DRINKING AND COOKING PURPOSES.
