The Cotuit Water Department is aware of the water clarity issues associated with the flushing that was done on Wednesday, April 22nd<\/sup>. We are addressing your concerns and working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We have been able to reinstate a clean flow of water from the wellfield and the West Street Tank and we continue to perform low-flow flushing in the affected areas.\u00a0 Residents on Putnam Avenue and Main Street should now be noticing an improvement in water clarity. Main Street, Old Oyster Road between the West Street Tank and Main Street and Old Post Road are being worked on right now and residents in that area should see an improvement very soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.
