Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us to isolate and resolve the water clarity issues in the district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been able to reinstate a clean flow of water in most areas around Main Street, Putnam Avenue, Old Post Road and Cotuit Bay Shores.&nbsp; Residents should now be noticing an improvement in water clarity. We are still actively flushing (low-flow) to continue to clear out some areas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please remember to run only COLD water to check your water clarity.&nbsp; If after 3 to 5 minutes of continuous flow you are still experiencing dirty water&nbsp; please contact the Water Department. Our on-call staff is available 24\/7 by calling 508-292-8755 should you experience issues after 4:30pm.&nbsp; We will also continue to monitor the department email (<a href=\"mailto:jen@cotuitwater.org\">jen@cotuitwater.org<\/a>).&nbsp; Please be sure to provide your address, contact phone number and time of incident so that we can resolve your issue more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We sincerely appreciate the cooperation of our customers and apologize for any inconvenience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update #4 3:45 p.m. Thank you all for your patience today.
