2005 Chevrolet 3500 4 x4 w\/ Utility Body and Plow<\/p>\n

until 2:00 P.M. Local Time, Wednesday, October 17, 2013, at the office of the Cotuit Water Department, 4300 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, Ma. 02635, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.<\/p>\n

Each bid must be signed by a person authorized to bind the bidder, and<\/p>\n

be accompanied by a certificate of non-collusion.\u00a0 Certificate of non-collusion forms are available at the Cotuit Water Department.<\/p>\n

The truck may be viewed at the Cotuit Water Department at 4300 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.. The truck will be sold \u201cas is\u201d and the successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the truck by October 24, 1013.<\/p>\n

The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality In or reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Cotuit Water Department.<\/p>\n
