The Cotuit Firefighters Local 3642 is proud to offer a FREE Life Jacket Loaner Program to help keep our community safe on the water this summer! Headed out boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding but don’t have a life jacket? Stop by the Cotuit Fire Department and borrow one—at no cost! Safety is our top priority, and we’re committed to making sure everyone enjoys our beautiful waterways safely. Life jackets are available in a variety of sizes for both kids and adults. The Cotuit Fire Department has been notified that The Cotuit Fire Department has been notified that our grant application for the second round of the Firefighter Safety and Equipment Grant had been approved and that we would receive an award of $1,863.00. Based on this award the Department will be able to purchase a new rescue saw which will replace an aged saw on E265.

Capt. Staggs, FF Deeg, and Paul Kispert display a Capt. Staggs, FF Deeg, and Paul Kispert display a handmade American flag. Paul, a retired trauma surgeon, crafted the flag himself. He and his wife, Maureen, donated the flag to the Cotuit Fire Department, where it will be proudly displayed at the fire station.
