Description: The Cotuit Fire District by and through its Prudential Committee (“Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified OPM “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A½ and as further defined by the provisions of this Request for Services (“RFS”), to provide Project Management Services for the demolition and site rehabilitation of the Cotuit Elementary School building located at 140 Old Oyster Road, Cotuit, MA, 02635

The Owner is requesting the services of an OPM to represent the Owner to provide continued Project Management Services through design development, demolition documents, bid and award, demolition, site rehabilitation and final closeout of the Project.
